Sensoterra is a leading soil moisture sensor company on a mission to have a big impact on water conservation, sustainable food production and smarter cities. 

The Challenge if you choose to accept it: Marketing Manager 
Our ideal candidate is an all-around marketing professional who is curious, ambitious and looking to accelerate their own skills with the company. You are comfortable in both developing and executing online, offline and partner marketing strategies that build awareness and drive sales. You will know how to ruthlessly prioritize to get the most value of our marketing budgets and team.  You will work closely with the CEO, Sales and Products teams to amplify our message to the world via strategic channels. 

Digital Marketing 
Implement and manage organic growth strategies (SEO, gated content, email marketing, referral programs) to increase visitors; run campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting
Implement and manage nurture strategies for our existing customers and customers in our pipeline.
Provide support to our sales department in setting up and managing Account-Based Marketing campaigns.

Communications and Event Marketing

Work with our sales and product teams to develop case studies and user stories 
Support and execute event marketing for key industry and global trade shows 
Work with PR agencies to broadcast our stories and hijack media to build awareness

Channel and Partner Marketing

Create programs to enable our partner resellers to sell into their specific regions and market verticals
Work with our strategic technology partners to amplify our message with case studies and partner events

Requirements:

5 - 7 years experience in a relevant role
Bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have a valid working permit for The Netherlands
