Sensoterra sells products that often require customer support. Sensoterra has organized the incoming support questions via an automated web based system (Zendesk). Support questions often relate to both technical and application aspects, such as understanding the technical principles of the sensor, interpreting sensor measurements and integrating data in our customers' own systems (APIs) etc. We don't expect you to know everything from the beginning, but a certain affinity with technology and IT is a plus.
Our orders are processed in Exact, linked to other systems and need to be processed fast and accurately. Communication with the external warehouse and customers is part of this role.
The perfect candidate is happy to work in an informal young team, is a real team player, customer oriented and self propelling
3 years experience in a relevant role
Minor degree or equivalent qualifications (MBO/HBO)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
Experienced Excel user
